20 jumping jacks 10 burpees 30 sec rest 20 lying leg raises/knees to chest 10 jump squats 20 mountain climbers each leg 30 sec rest repeat as many times as desired/possible. best shape of my life was when I could do that circuit about 4 times in a row. don't underestimate it, shits no joke. --- lick 'em ...
