I love my son, but I feel like I have a closer bond with my daughter. Our son was first and he is 5 years older than our daughter (10 and 5) so it would seem that Id have a closer bond to him considering we had him all by himself for 5 years. Maybe it was the fact that I didnt know what I was doing with him and I learned from mistakes and am raising her with the lessons I learned?

We do everything together. Shes my little partner in crime. If I leave the house, shes at my side. I go to the store, I mow the yard, whatever it is, shes in like Flynn. She wants to be with daddy no matter where I go. my son on the other hand is perfectly content (and would prefer it) to stay home with mommy.

I made a lot of bad decisions with him and missed a lot for varying first moments. Nothing horrible like abuse and such, but like working through birthdays and holidays. Little things that add up that you just cant get back.

i feel guilty about it but what can I do now that those moments are past
