| IdiotMachine 05/08/24 3:39:32 PM #34: | I forgot housing and interest rates too. Under Trump, I was able to refinance all my mortgages at 2.25 to 2.75%. Under Biden, good fucking luck with buying a house right now, and enjoy that 5%+ mortgages.
