Brock's gym is wild for Charmander trainers, particularly in Red/Blue since like the only thing you can catch that isn't resisted is Butterfree's Confusion

Yellow at least gives the Nidos Double Kick muuuch sooner (from lv43 down to lv12) and puts Mankey in Route 22 (... also uh giving it a Fighting move, because in R/B it only learns Seismic Toss lv33 lol).

at least tho Let's Go games Rattata learns Bite which is now Dark as well so that's another. FRLG Charmander getting Metal Claw at 13 is also crazy.
