He's legitimately a dumb person. Thinking about it, I bet an aid was basically telling him that he needs to harp on immigration and compare them to serial killers maybe cannibals like Hannibal Lector or something, and Trump was like, okay will do, then as he's about to bring it up, he starts doing Trumpy things and starts praising the guy that he's supposed to be bashing, to make the immigration point stand, because again he's a literal dumb person. --- lolAmerica ...
