Not really. They confirmed the journal exists. Nothing more. Just like Hunter Biden owning a laptop isn't the same as it having nuclear codes, child porn, and secret meetings on tape with the President accepting bribes.
The title of the article literally says there's 2 questions at hand here, whether the journal is real and whether what's written is authentic.
They said they only changed the validity of the journal existing, due to her writing a letter to the judge, but if you're going to do that, you must also take what the letter says as truth too, since in it she says the accusations are false.

Anyway, the reason that headline is there at all is because this is an updated article from earlier in April. On April 5th they originally released the article with that headline and a rating of the rumor as "Unproven". On April 29th they updated it with a note changing the rating to "True", but leaving the original header text unchanged.
