Jeez, this sounds like a rough situation. Have you tried communicating directly with this person, and they just didn't care? Is threatening to have the car towed a possibility?Yup, I left notes on his windshield explaining the whole situation politely. It took a while to actually find out who the neighbor was, but we have spoken to him face to face multiple times now. I have stared him in the face while sitting in my wheelchair as he backed his car out. He's just like "oh sorry it won't happen again" (it happens again) Yeah I do really just need to tow him next time I catch it. I have called before, and they always take so long to get out here, the neighbor comes and moves it by the time they call back. Other times its just really late and I dont want to deal with it OR it's a different car and I want to give him the benefit of the doubt (he gets new cars really frequently its weird).
