Jaguar34 05/15/24 2:33:15 PM #365: | Can't quit cycling yet it seems. A short ride outdoors + a Functional Threshold Power test early this morning has me at 247. Going to lift weights today and ride the entirety of Thunder-Mavs Game 5. I think the key is going to be doing workouts as opposed to just Zone 2 Riding or Robopacers. I've shyed away from Zwift Workouts because it's hard switching gears on a spin bike but it's truly a whole other dimension of training.
