It needs to be at least 21, and for the effort to switch on/off in old buildings they just pump heat constantly no matter how high it is until June, even if it's currently 23c outside right now they don't care if you're boiling inside. you dont have your own thermostat at all? its 55F out right now and I have windows open, if my landlord tried to force my heat on Id be pissed --- I could see you, but I couldn't hear you You were holding your hat in the breeze Turning away from me In this moment you were stolen... ...
