Yes If the poster who said DToast was incompetent got a nwod, then wouldn't the assumption be that these "insults" are low priority? It will take a while for the mods to get to them, and that's if they're even marked in the first place. It should've been no-actioned since it's not an insult. It's a valid criticism.
