Add mandatory 2FA for making new accounts to further dissuade users from making alts. Add a 1.5 years worth of karma limit to get into the social boards, including CE. In doing the above, make CE no longer restricted. Bring back the politics board and make a rule that says "the only place political discussion is allowed is on the politics board". Make the karma limit to post on the politics board 2.5 years worth of karma.
