And if a guy who was all of those things that get his behavior excused if not outright rewarded by our judicial system time and again, couldn't get a court to side with him... a black guy who was actually slandered and defamed sure isn't going to win his case. I don't think it's a bad example at all, in that light. (People paid his racist little ass to go away and stop being a pest, because that was less effort than more lawyers and money. There's not a single news agency who didn't know what he was and what he was doing. The settlement in no way serves as evidence that he was in the right.)
