I don't think that woman deserved a magnet. If I'm understanding the situation, it wasn't her cart, and she moved it from where it was blocking her car to an empty space, which was at least a slightly less obstructive place for the cart to be. If the cart had already been in that space and she just ignored it, would he give her a magnet just for being insufficiently helpful? If he'd do that, he could probably find a reason to give anybody a magnet.
