It is basically impossible to make things cheaper again unless there is a massive depression or we start sucking up money and deleting it from the economy which would probably cause a massive depression.

A weird thing about the right is that they seem to be okay with whatever prices are as long as a Republican is in charge.

During the Bush years, gas was twice what it is now and gas companies where masking record profits, but only the left seemed to care about it. Towards the end of Bushs presidency housing costs where skyrocketing and it was seen as a good thing up until the housing market collapsed.

Now these are major points of contention and factors on why our economy is doing bad.
