Said it when the Doherty topic happened but I have to reiterate: Behavior like this should be legally punishable. People who do this stuff need to be afraid, it is a strict drain on society. It isn't being obnoxious, it isn't being kind of a dick, it isn't snapping or having a meltdown, it is intentionally inflicting distress on service employees and guests for self-profit and gain and gloating about it. You should be legally barred from holding social media accounts if you do this shit.

Obviously the purpose is to attract rageclicks because it is ragebait but the options are

A: Allow pedestrians to beat these people up

or

B: Hold the people who behave like this legally liable and use their social media behavior as evidence

The latter is obviously preferable to the former and there needs to be a point where the ragebaiting is no longer in control of the person extracting rage from the public.
