Fun fact, though turkeys and peacocks are in the same family, they arent that closely related. Peacocks are in the genus Pavo, and in Spanish they are called "pavo real", real being the Spanish word for royale. Turkeys in Spanish are called "pavo" because of their resemblance to peacocks. I like to think "pavo real" can be taken to mean both the royale pavo and the true "real" pavo.

next time I go to the bar Im using this info to chat up the first girl I see
