As nocturnal already elaborate, it's more to do with using words correctly, instead of tossing around buzzwords that lose all meaning. Like how right wingers abused the shit out of words like, Nazi and woke. We even had a topic on this board about the abuse of the word pedo just a few days ago lol.

Words do have actual definitions, despite those misinformed pushing to use words incorrectly. It's not even about necessarily using the word incorrectly, it's more about those who double down after learning they used it wrong. Essentially using words to interchangeably mean other things because they can find overlap in some characteristics while they deliberately ignoring where they don't overlap.

Lying about having sex with a woman isn't some new phenomenon exclusive to incels. There's a shit ton of men who have plenty of sex, who also lie about having sex with a particular women they are fixated on.

We all agree this man is a creepy asshole that deserves to be condemned if the reports are true. Pointing out you are using a buzzword, has absolutely nothing to do with implying this dude isn't a creep/asshole who is a potential danger.
