Do you get many opportunities to just wander off and run into some interesting shit going down that isn't immediately connected to a questline? With Fallout 3/4 and Skyrim I would start a quest at point A, make my way to point B to do the quest but get distracted for a couple hours on the way by all kinds of things. The problem i mainly had with Starfield was that there wasn't anything in between to get distracted by. The journey from point A to B was boring. --- It's not the wings at all.
