There are dozens of places to put blame, from media to legal circles to voters to politicians, but this topic is about one (1) specific choice from those options. In an idealistic world the voters would be irrelevant to the courts. But it's not. Like it or not, the voters did play a role in how the courts dealt with Trump through the 2024 election. You can say it's just about only the courts, but the courts don't exist in a vacuum in why things resulted in the way it did.
