Bernie was not candidate in 2020 because Democratic primary voters did not see him (as) likely to win against Trump as Biden was in that election. Then Biden/Harris lost in 2024 much in part to party division and spite from a large number progressives that couldn't bring themselves to in any way actively support the incumbent or the VP tied to his administration. thats not even what I had in mind. Im thinking of, for example, Pelosi supporting Henry Cuellar in his primary against a progressive even though hes literally anti-abortion --- "GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
