She's talking about the LA protests and dismissing the resistance to squads of fascist thugs rounding up immigrants at schools, courthouses, and hardware store parking lots as bait for "anarchists." Maybe she doesn't like it when some property damage happens at a protest, but it isn't because of "anarchists." Your level of ignorance on display here HAS to be deliberate. I don't believe for one second that you couldn't find the precious context for these public statements.
