I think I did this themed week one week early...today was supposed to be a Juneteenth day. Whoops! I'll do the Juneteenth special on Monday.

Rules

1. You may vote up to 4 entries that fit the prompt.

6. If a vote is vague, I will pick the first available choice that best matches the vote (i.e. "Mario" for Wii Games becomes Super Mario Galaxy).
7. I will post the parameters of each Rushmore topic. Other than that, feel free to vote however you like and based on any criteria that best fits the "Mount Rushmore" of that topic.
8. If a vote doesn't fit the topic, it will count as a blank vote.
9. You may nominate as much as you want and have an unlimited amount of seconds for established nominations.
10. Every Sunday, I'll post the schedule for next week. I will pick based on the number of nominations. Any ties will be determined by RNG.

Honestly, a pretty clear-cut day despite the heavy competition for prestige. Pokemon was chomping at the bit, but many argued that it doesn't feel like part of the 4th generation but instead the 5th generation. Now we'll see how it does.

For the 5th generation, it must be either a game from the below consoles/mobile devices OR a game released from 1996 to 2000 (including those years). For the latter, the games do not have to be on consoles: PC, arcade, and other forms of gaming are acceptable.
