Yes, it's repetitive, buggy, and you can easily deal with enemy gangsters by just hiding around a corner and whistling to lure them over for a corner takedown, but the writing, acting, and '60s Louisiana setting is great. Definitely feel bad for Alex Hernandez, the main character's actor.
