If you hear them running and the system doesn't end up obviously overheating (like shutting itself off, not just feeling warm), they're fine. If you don't and/or it does, they broke. There's a non-zero chance that the fall may have jiggled a fan or something such that it'll wear out a bit faster, but there's no way to identify that now and you won't be able to do anything to fix it anyway. All you can really do is keep using it normally. If it fails, get it repaired. If it doesn't fail, don't.
