No alarm needed and my wake up time often shifts around by 2 to 3 hours depending on when I go to sleep and how tired I am. Frankly for having a full time job its the closest schedule you can have to giving the most freedom akin to not working. I love it and its fits my natural night owl tendency. Basically this, but I still set an alarm just in case I fuck up.
