Also the "healthy food is more expensive" myth has been debunked for years. It's just an excuse someone tells themselves while waiting in the drive through. Junk food only becomes the cheaper option if you're in a 3rd world country.

It hasn't been debunked, it just depends on where you live. If you live near where the food is being harvested, your going to pay next to nothing for it. But if you live in a province like mine which is forced to ship everything across a ferry, we pay a lot of fresh food. I can make a pizza for around 15 bucks. Or I can buy a frozen pizza for 4. It's not going to taste as good, but its a hell of a lot cheaper. I'm also going to have a lot of leftover ingredients, meaning food waste.

Just get some ground meat, some veggies, beans and tortillas. Like 20 bucks, tacos and taco bowls the whole weak. Throw in some cheese, guac and salsa. Or just things of pasta with a protein and you can divide them up into portions and customize them a bit.

20 bucks where you live. Where I live, the ground beef alone is 20 bucks. I digress. I know I wouldn't want to eat the same thing multiple times a week.
