And your solution is to force even more uninformed people to cast votes? I agree that there is some percentage of non-voters who might actually care a bit more if they were forced to vote, but why would you expect them to be any better at choosing than the actual voters we have now? In all likelihood, they'd just get hooked by the same propaganda.
