I beat her once so far and she just came to talk smack at the start of the citadel and bounced Yeah the idea is that instead of fighting her in the Deep Docks, you can use multiple means to subvert that path, and if you do, she'll show up on the path ahead of you before you enter the Citadel, but this can happen in at least three places that have been found.
