In all seriousness, one of my favourite findings to come out of research into the connection between Tylenol and autism is that mothers that carry some of the genetic risk factors for autism are more likely to take Tylenol during pregnancy. I think that's such a fascinating connection to find, because it just upends the potential causal relationship entirely. Finding that autism may cause Tylenol is so much wilder than finding that Tylenol (or anything else) may cause autism, and way more interesting than the usual "we found a correlation but it turns out there were confounding factors."

Unfortunately, any connection there might be has now become so heavily politicized that it's going to become a nightmare to get any more useful research done.
