Sesshomaru gets a new sword that basically causes atomic fission where anything it cuts explodes and then anything attached to it also explodes creating a chain until the object is completely destroyed. Then the whole way they wrapped up the jewel as a plot device and story line was just stupid. Naraku wasn't given a "redemption arc."
