Surprised people took Seph's win as a sign of him being strong rather than Nathan not being top 25 caliber. Doesn't he usually do poorly in these things?
18 - Delita Hyral (Final Fantasy Tactics, Ye Olde Squaresoft) (1-3, 0-1) 40.9% 26 - Rydia of Mist (Final Fantasy IV, Ye Olde Squaresoft) (3-1, 1-0) 59.1%
14 - Kay Faraday (Ace Attorney Investigations, Metal Gear ACE) (2-2, 0-1) 31.8% 30 - #18 Revolver Ocelot (Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear ACE) (4-0, 1-0) 68.2%
30 - Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic, Game Jumping) (2-2, 1-0) 66.7% 15 - Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic, Game Jumping) (0-4, 0-1) 33.3%
22 - Kanji Tatsumi (Persona 4, Shadow Bombplex) (2-2, 1-0) 55.0% 18 - Travis Touchdown (No More Heroes, Shadow Bombplex) (0-4, 0-1) 45.0%
19 - Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII, Playstation All-Stars) (1-3, 0-1) 45.2% 23 - Nathan Drake (Uncharted, Playstation All-Stars) (3-1, 1-0) 54.8%
Notes Bomberman barely beats Catherine in a battle of prelim winners. Samus withstands an early onslaught to upset our board's original mascot. Will Lightning ever catch a break?

Notes The featured matches weren't so exciting as the favorite in each controlled throughout. Crimson Viper might even be weaker than Dad. Charizard makes a habit of breaking the type chart, doesn't he?

Two separate matches pitted two of my "just outside the top 25"s against each other--#28 Commander Shepard over #27 Urdnot Wrex and #29 Dick Gumshoe over #32 The Boss. Shep looks like s/he should be in, but Gumshoe still needs some help.

Just a possibly unnecessary heads up, Numbers voted for Ike Greil. Which I think is how you actually spell his name, but it seems like the type of thing Excel might miss.
10 - Victor Sullivan (Uncharted, Playstation All-Stars) (0-4, 0-1) 20.4% 39 - Ezio Auditore da Firenze (Assassin's Creed II, Playstation All-Stars) (3-1, 1-0) 79.6%
16 - Dunban (Xenoblade, Tales of Democracy, Ho!) (0-4, 0-1) 37.2% 27 - Guybrush Threepwood (Monkey Island, Tales of Democracy, Ho!) (1-3, 1-0) 62.8%

26 - #3 Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear ACE) (3-1, 0-1) 49.1% 27 - #4 Miles Edgeworth (Ace Attorney, Metal Gear ACE) (4-0, 1-0) 50.9%
34 - #8 Big Boss (Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear ACE) (4-0, 1-0) 68.0% 16 - Maya Fey (Ace Attorney, Metal Gear ACE) (2-2, 0-1) 32.0%
Notes This was the most intense day of the season. Snake/Edgeworth and Bowser/Yoshi traded the lead repeatedly at the end, and the final few votes swung them in favor of Bowser and Edgeworth. Deposed Magus scores the upset on newly-crowned Sephiroth. Poor Seph always gets upset somehow. Prinny almost had that one. So close! So...who's gonna vote Link into the Top 25 this week? Huh? Tell me. Show of hands. He's weaker than Kay Faraday and Kanji Tatsumi now, the x-stats say.

Ugh. Snake lost barring fake accounts. Don't know why you guys haven't voted Miles #2 and Phoenix #1 yet. They're definitely the strongest during the regular season.

It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of gum.
He's amazingly badass in the Mario Galaxy games, and he's supposedly a really good character in the Mario RPGs (from what I've seen of Super Mario RPG, this is very true).
Also how the heck does Samus beat Kirby while Link can't beat some stupid racer?
