nah like roast up some peppers. grill up vegetables of all kinds. grill that fuckin lettuce if you want to

use beans or rice in with the filling

don't put on heaps of cheese or sour cream

still tasty as fuck and much lower calorie, higher fiber, and probably higher protein depending on your fillings of choice

So having half meat, half cheese, and just sprinkling some lettuce on top isn't the best path?

I actually put like 1/3 meat, cheese, and lettuce.

Cut down on that meat and cheese a little more. Probably mostly the cheese. Shit is calorie dense

I honestly don't mind the waiting for doctors thing now. My ebook reader fits in my jacket pocket and I have my phone. It's free time to read or play games.

When i was reading about it, you have to aim it at a certain angle, while looking down.

My nose feels clearer though, and i have been sleeping better, so thats a plus

Other suggestion is a hot steamy shower for at least 5 minutes and do your best to clear your sinuses in there

It's good things improved a bit! Really bad cold and flu season this year.

I have a problem for the future.

Right now, I'm making about 72k a year driving a Vacuum Truck in the oil field. If I do it for another 4 1/2 months, I can move up to driving a Kill Truck, which would pay a little closer to 80k a year. Then if I do that for 5-10 years, I can become a Reverse Unit Operator, which gets about 150k a year.

The thing is, I enjoy jobs where I help people, and working in the oil field, I feel like I'm just helping Big Oil.

The job I've wanted for about 10 years now, is being a Correctional Officer for a federal prison, which starts off at 40k a year. My friend's been working there for almost 10 years now, and he's making over 50k(not sure how much over 50k).

I feel like for my family's sake, I should just stick it out in the oil field, but I've heard of people that chose careers they didn't want because of their family and end up resenting them as a result.

Humble bragging? Nah man, I genuinely felt bad and didn't know what to do, and needed to just vent it somewhere. I know PotD isn't a good place for that, but we shared many common friends, and I was left with no choice.
But of course, you know my life better than me, why am I trying to explain this to the guy that has master knowledge of my life?
