We began the match at 103 wrestlers, and after elimination after elimination we finally made our way down to final round, AJ Styles vs The Undertaker. It ended up an easy win for The Undertaker with a victory of 20-13.

I'm super hype my boy Naito made the Top 5. I figured making Top 10 would be longshot, and here he is in Fourth.

Great contest, and I can't think of a more interesting final two than the two we got. Now I want to see Undertaker vs.AJ Styles in real life too.

The right wrestler won. The Undertaker is simply the greatest of all time.

I would have liked HBK and Christian get go a little farther. Ideally in the top 10, but they did good as well.

I'm a little mad at myself for dropping the ball saving Sherri Martel. She definitely should have been in the top 30. The career she had. One of, if not the best, women's wrestler of all time. Certainly the best female manager/valet.

Would have liked to see Aja Kong be in the top 50. I would have liked to see a picture memorial for her.

Another thing I want to give praise for is how many promotions are represented in the high finishers. I expected it to be pretty WWE-heavy at the end, but instead we got a top 10 that has connections to WWE, WCW, ECW, NWA, TNA, ROH, AAA, Lucha Underground, CMLL, and NJPW.

Overall, this is probably the 2nd-best Save That contest we've had on this board, only behind the Save That Anime Character contest. That one was just crazy.

Undertaker dug 102 holes for a 102 souls.

That said Im still amazed the Rock got eliminated at 59. Id thought hed last until at least top 20 if not 10.

But Its cool to see the Undertaker win it.

This sums up most of my thoughts. While the winner wasn't one of the top guys I was supporting the whole time, I think Undertaker is a great and deserving winner. Edge and Naito making the top 5 was pleasantly surprising, and Rusev of all people having a huge underdog run to 6th was cool.

Heck yeah, I'll absolutely revisit this in the future. Maybe I'll exclude Undertaker as the champion, and have the second winner go against him at the end as like a kind of title defense or something.
