For the past few weeks, I have been pooping at around 2:30 PM every day, without exception. It's a bit inconvenient time to take a dump, so I was wondering how I can change it to something better?

Eat a can of corn, then note when you shit out a bunch of corn. Then, eat a can of corn slightly earlier or later, repeatedly, until you adjusted your poop-time to when you want it.
That's how you figure out what time you need to eat, to poop at the desired time.

what is it with you and poop?

Why is 2:30 PM inconvenient for you? Don't you just sit on your ass all day anyway?

my poop occurs around 530pm, which is perfect because it's after work so i can slide into the shower to rinse if it's a particularly messy poop.

say you want to move yours from 230 to 530; you just have to hold it as long as you can manage and 'condition' your body to eventually grow accustomed to pooping at 530 (or whenever you're trying to change it to). alternatively, you could do it a little at a time; like get it to 330, then 430, then eventually 530

since you're pooping a little later on day 1, then your cycle will be a little off the next day, since it's only 23 hours to 230 instead of 24.
