Ding Dong The Racist Is Gone!! 60 y/o Bald Oaf, Frank Gebhardt, a White RACIST Man in Georgia was sentenced to LIFE plus 20 years in Prison immediately after he was convicted in what prosecutors said was a racially motivated murder of a black kid 35 YEARS AGO!!

He was convicted in the murder of 23 y/o Timothy Coggins as witnesses in the Small Town said that he was stabbed 30 times and dragged behind a pick up truck because he had been dating a WHITE WOMAN!

The case was unsolved for decades until the town witnesses FINALLY came forward after years of being "threatened" and "silenced" by Frank and his goons.

The jury's verdict took only 6 hours to deliberate and was delivered in a heavy security courtroom

Judge Fletcher Sams ssaid "Hopefully sir, you have stabbed your last victim"

The witnesses also said that Frank and his brother in law, Bill Moore Sr were involved in the mujrder on a rural road in Spalding County as his trial is awaiting

Frank was stoic at the verdict before breaking down in tears as Timothy's family sobbed and hugged each other and prosecutor Marie Broder. Unfortunately his parents had already passed on as police are hoping that this verdict helps Timothy's living families found justice years later.

Frank's lawyer argued that his client DOESN'T Deny that he's RACIST and MEAN but argued the state relied heavily on witnesses who are in custody and testified in hopes of lowering their own sentences

But the prosecutor argued that many of those witnesses relayed information that only the killer would know as even former cellmates told how the brothers boasted about killing Timothy.

They also tracked down some of the people who found Timothy's body who said they spoke to the brothers not long after making the gruesome discovery

Willard Sanders, one of the men who found the body had said Frank had admitted to the murder

The brothers had killed Timothy and threw his body on a power line and CHAINED him there.

The brothers were known as a "couple of bad guys" who boasted for decades on getting away with murder and threatened anyone who knew they were responsible

Well he's going to prison, so that's far from a guarantee. Though he's probably more likely to get stabbed.

Without reading the details of this topic I would say that a lot of people are fearful of retaliation if they come out as a witness. And there are some ruthless people out there with connections.

The testimonies lined up with the facts of the case when they shouldn't have known any of that.

Without knowing the actual facts of the case, it's hard to say how well things actually lined up. Plus if *any* of them were the actual killer, they'd know the facts as well -- and that's not counting detectives either deliberately or accidentally feeding facts. Testimony by itself isn't a reliable evidence.
