Thumbs up from me. We needed someone to change things up, do things differently. Anyone that would do the job properly without taking bribes to appease the whiners. Playing nice got us to where we were and while I'm not saying he should ignore the rest of the world, we need to focus on our problems here first.

I disagree with the tariffs, the immigration policy, the proposed border wall, the increase in military spending, the inability to balance the budget, his cabinet appointments and the selection of Jeff Sessions as Attorney General and Mike Pence as VP, the lack of any health care solutions, and I can go on.

I did like his tax cut, which resulted in my company giving me a thousand dollar bonus.

Overall 1.5 stars. Still better than the 1 star I'd give Hillary. Still plan on wasting my vote supporting the libertarian party in 2020.

I can't believe anything in the news any more, but I also can't imagine a public figure stupid enough to run his mouth on social media.

Out of the best and brightest in the entire eligible population of the United States, the Democrats and Republicans chose to represent us: a clownish reality TV "star" and the failed Arkansas comedy team of Hil&billy.

On the other hand, I expected good things of the first Black president, but he did more to damage race relations in the US than anyone since Orville Faubus.

Unless he had a time-machine to bring back 1930s/1940s Germans, it's impossible for him to help Nazis since barely any are still alive. If you're talking about a growth in hate groups, you can really thank Obama for that. Ferguson, Baltimore, etc, helped bolster their numbers almost as much as the LA Riots did for the skinhead movement, especially given the prevalence of violent BLM mobs elsewhere as well.

Let's be real- most of what he's doing is what presidents of any political party (e.g. Obama) would have done. These days US presidents are mostly evil puppets of corporate entities.

But what makes trump worse than the others is that he normalizes things like racism, bigotry, Islamaphobia, nepotism and classism. Most of his supporters are old fat people, or neo-nazis/white supremacists.

The only things he hasn't really done since being elected is build his wall, get Clinton in jail, and drain the swamp (still too many incompetent bureaucrats around). Keeping your promises, in my book, makes you a far better politician than the majority of actual politicians that have been elected for a while.

3. He's still to prove he's not completely insane as far as international politics goes (ex: he claims Canada has a huge trade surplus with the U.S., but doesn't take services in consideration) and utterly changes his mind from month to month.

So? 3/5. Better than Obama since I can't even remember a single thing Obama managed to accomplish worth mentioning in 8 years.

So I give him a passing grade mainly because he gets a lot of hypocritical, virtue-signaling idiots really angry.

I give him an 8.5 out of 10 for his role in the party. He has a rare opportunity to change the course of history henceforth, being a political outsider and wild card, but unlike someone like Carly Fiorina, Rand Paul, or Ted Cruz, he flat-out sucks at getting the GOP establishment to consider him their leader. Tax cuts, immigration reform, health insurance restructuring, and being on better terms with world leaders who would otherwise be a threat to our security as a world power are all key issues that convinced me to vote Republican in the end, and I really don't care about irrelevant rhetoric such as the fact that he once had his own reality TV show or may have been unfaithful to a prior wife, because none of these affect his abilities as the head of the State.

Kennedy was overrated. Many of his policies were for personal gain and he was the textbook definition of a lobbyist, only really focusing on issues that would otherwise either result in international catastrophe, or personal loss. He was a shoe-in for the election, though, considering he beat out Nixon in the pre-Johnson era and Harry F. Byrd. I don't usually play the racism card, but I think we can agree someone like Byrd has no place in free world politics. Thank God the Klan was fawning over him, though. The early 60s were not the right decade for Nixon, who would have probably won if some of the Kennedy family's secret dealings had been made apparent.

Now if you want to see a real leader at work, just look at Dwight Eisenhower. A would-have-been WWI soldier who got his second chance at glory in WWII, and then used military force to ensure that school desegregation laws were enforced. We're still seeing the results of his work in NATO to this day.

The country is doing pretty well but I think that's in spite of him rather than because of him. Hard to really effectively determine how he is as a president until hes out of office. All he can really be measured on at the moment is whether or not he's an asshole, which is clearly the case.

I have only liked one president in the last 30 years......so my bar was already low.

I basically gave up on politics or following crap at this point.

Didn't think Obama did a good job (dont' think he was ready to be president tbh), but yeah, think this is worse.

I got maybe 1 or 2 more presidents in my life probably, so here is hoping the next one is good.

Easily the worst in my lifetime. Hillary's warmongering would have probably been much less harmful. If Trump somehow gets re-elected, it wouldn't shock me if he outright quits NATO then cozies up with Putin and Kim even more.

China will ironically have better ties with Europe, Canada, and Latin America, the way things are going.

Eisenhower is amazing too. I think both of them are amazing presidents for different reasons. Some of JFK's speeches are unparalleled in the modern day for example.
