XIII_rocks 11/02/18 4:45:40 PM #11:	I'm not a big fighting games guy It's probably Smash by default although I've been really into Tekken 3, Dark Resurrection and I play 6 at the arcade from time to time. I was into Soul Calibur 2 but nothing else there. Currently enjoying MKX but that's my first ever MK game. Mainly because they have good single-player content and proper stories, so I don't feel as if I'm just flailing around against the AI because I could never beat another player, I'm actually 'accomplishing' something (badly) worthwhile by seeing the plot through. --- The shattered stage is set and there's a role you must fulfil <cite>BlackMageJawa posted [p:911693431] in What is yo... As a fighting game on the principles of, you know, fighting game... Likely Fatal Fury. It just did a number of good and smart things that own, and simply made it just work really well. I'm not sure if it's my favourite part, but the plane switching it had was the one thing I wish other games had decided to keep since. The rarity of that is also part of why I dig pre-storm Ultimate Ninja titles, since it did it, albeit while taking a pretty signficantly different approach that wasn't nearly as seamless (even if it was still cool as hell).
