Between the SNES, GBA, emulators and virtual console, I'm fairly sure I must be near thirty on Super Mario World.

I know I've done over 20 with FF7 and Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix since I imported that on PS2.

Usually I am one and done. As much as I love games like Silent hill i hate the fact that there are 2000+ endings. I usually play through it once and just watch the rest on youtube. No way I'm playing through the game again and doing certain things in certain order. lol

Forgot how many times I played Radiant Dawn (maybe 12?) but it was by far the most played FE game for me

Nah, I think a "playthrough" for roguelites like Isaac constitutes a save file.

idk how many times I've played the various SNES platformers (SMW, DKC1-3, Yoshi's Island etc) over the years. I couldn't put a count on it. Id guess SMW is number 1 though

I lost count of dragon's dogma playthroughs its a lot though. Pretty mutch made for replays though.

I tried to unlock everything in the ingame store, and IIRC that required around 13 playthroughs. Higher scoring playthroughs got you the better stuff earlier, but i wanted it all. Plus, it was fun trying with new combinations of weapons and abilities.

I think there was also more stuff unlockable, but by that point i needed a break.

Not including roguelikes (that would be a bit unfair), it would probably be Diablo 3. 5 characters on 3 difficulties totals at least 15 times. I don't remember if I ever beat the original Inferno difficulty and if I did multiple runs per character, resulting in an ever higher count.

Nowadays you can totally avoid story mode and only beat it once just for the sake of doing it.

Probably Bloodborne and Dark Souls 3, over 15 solid times if not more

Around 13 I think of tales of symphonia.

My most played is phantasy star online, hands down. 5 different characters on 5 different vmus for pso version 1 and 2 on dreamcast. 12 Characters across multiple memory cards for pso episode 1 and 2 on gamecube. Then, another 8 characters on episode 1 and 2 on the xbox. Finally, I made a character on the official blue burst servers. All these characters were at least over level 100, which required you to beat the game multiple times to get to the higher difficulties...very hard on version 1, ultimate on the rest.

I really, really loved me some pso, lol.

I beat Demon's Souls at least 60 times. Dark Souls is up there too. Off the top of my head, other games I'm sure I beat at least ten times are Bloodborne, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Super Mario World, EarthBound, Diablo, and Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.

I'm at 10+ on the first 2 Suikodens & the first two Mass Effects.

Something about Fable's ambience gives you an itch that can never be scratched.

As for me, I probably did a dozen runs on both Halo 2 and 3 in their heyday. I think I played Legend of Dragoon 3 times if we're looking at longer games.

Probably beat Starfox 64 around 50 times as a kid.
Second highest is Zone of the Enders 2, with 16 playthroughs.

Otherwise, outside of DS1/Bloodborne's stock 7 playthroughs, I usually only beat games once or twice.

I forgot about that one. I tried my best to master that game and get the highest score I could.

Speaking of, I beat Hard Corps: Uprising enough times to be able to beat Arcade Mode without dying.

Definately 10 plus on FFIV and FFVI and probably close to that on FFV and FFIII. I think those would probably be the most.

I'm pretty sure it's still Ocarina of Time, but I honestly forgot how many playthroughs of that I've done.

Ace Attorney games are up there. At least five playthroughs of the first three.
