Porting obscure retro games to make them compatible with modern computers isn't really Steam's thing. They don't have a huge audience demanding that, and there is actually a fair amount of work involved.

I remember very briefly playing this game as a really little kid, but I more keenly remember the Captain Crunch game where you raise a little furball into an adult so it can beat some bad guy, and all of the mini games getting progressively easier as you got stronger.
