I got the ending where Johnny takes over your body, and he, Rogue, and a Jamaican dude storm Arasaka Tower

Rogue dies, from Adam Smasher, then you can choose to kill him or not, then after that, Alt basically tells you that V can't go back to their body but Johnny can


I tried to go in that one stream thing so that V wouldn't think Johnny betrayed them, but V beats you up and tells you not to waste the opportunity


after that, some time passes, and Johnny has taken V's body and starts a new life, and he says his final goodbyes to both Rogue and V before leaving Night City

I think it's only possible if you befriend Johnny throughout the game.

ok the johnny/rogue ending is fun as fuck and you can tell they put the most energy into this finale.

but holy shit the wording at the end is so poorly done on choices. they are shifting between first/third person in the same convo, dialogue and objective, its so stupidly confusing.

they really need to patch the language of that part, its poorly structured.

My ending was probably the best:

Went with the Nomads on the final mission.
Kept my body while Johnny went off with Alt.
Judy was there waiting for me to leave with me and the Nomads
Misty's tarot reading in the credits was positive (all her tarot readings through the game are always 100% correct)

The nomad ending is the most positive ending, yes. Your romance option always shows up no matter what in that one. It's a bit more positive if you're male V and romance panam.
