There is an M&M near here, they are rather pricey but it is good - but I got one better, we have an artisinal beef butcher; you can outright ask to, like, visit your future meal... .... I wouldn't, but it's cool.

You already know this board is heavily pro pizza and you're unlikely to get an answer discouraging you from getting pizza, unless it's Sunny coming in to put his pizza on a pedestal and mock you for eating greasy chain food trash instead of his artisan chef-prepared pizza.

Omg this is my current dilemma .

Or, here is the sitch.

I went shopping today.

Got the dough for 2 pizzas. Must use or freeze by the 21st.

Got a new brand of mozz to try (whole milk) at Heagens. Hopefully better than the lucerne low moisture low fat crap they have at safeway.

I got my normal mushrooms. I just do cheese + mushrooms on the ones I make at home.

They will be super good, and I do want to space out when I make/eat em (Make basically a personal sized pizza with 1/2 of the dough for a full pizza each time).

But I ALSO have fried chicken from safeway which is delicious reheated in my air frying.

But I ALSO have 2 max packs of tri tip steaks + brocollli and all the ingrediants for a good brocolli beef sauce (which I can't wait to try).

But I ALSO have 2 flat iron steaks to make delicious steak tacos with!!

So yeah, what to make, and how to eat all that before it goes bad lol. I'll prob freeze one of the max packs of tri-tip tomorrow I think. The flat iron steaks are good till the 27th so i'm safe holding off on them.

As much as i'd like to make the pizza tonight, I think i'll wait till tomorrow (18th) and eat the fried schicken tonight. Then i'll make the second pizza on the 20th.

I like having problems like this, so much better than considering if I should eat my room mates yesterday on our 6th day of being snowed in heh.

I would make a chicken and broccoli pie on its own merits, with garlic and ricotta, and a steak and mushroom pie the next night using the steak sauce as the sauce, and eat the real steaks another night on their own.
