My hours aren't tracked and it varies greatly from day to day or week to week, so I couldn't really give a meaningful answer. Such is the nature of work that involves starting cultures that grow overnight or longer, or submitting computing jobs with undetermined wait and runtime.

Most days I work the full time outside of an hour lunch break but there are definitely days where I'm actually working for like an hour or two and pretending to work for the rest of the day (which is still kinda like working)

My work doesn't give overtime so no point in working extra. On the event that I have to work extra hours, I get comp time that I can use as "vacation hours". But no one really does this.
