Sbell, if Ben could be scum, how would you resolve IGCD's scan on him? Similarly, why wouldn't you also enforce the same logic with Ulti?

Saying Ben and Ulti could be scum is useless; we'll cross that bridge if we ever need to get there. What are your thoughts on BCT and Sheep? I think you've made your thoughts on me clear, at least. Conspiracy theory-ing about Ben is just not productive.

Anyway, Death's lack of resistance to the vote is pretty damning, I'd say. Silence when cornered just seems to be the scum modus operandi this game. I'm okay with ending this day tonight.

I dont think I am okay with ending the day tonight. Death isnt going to talk so we arent getting any more info out of him. But we know he is scum. I want everyone to be clear about their intentions for the next lynch

I think my intentions are clear. BCT and Sheep are at the top of my radar. If one of them isn't scum, Ulti would be my next theory.

And then I presume you and Sbell will have been murdered by then.

I think Lea did the math, and... at the current pace, we'll end up with a four-person MyLo at the end of the game, assuming we lynch scum twice in a row and that there's five scum. But I presume we could just go for a no lynch in that scenario, though, right? It'll improve our odds of getting scum on the last day, since the lone scum member among the pool of me, Sheep, and Ulti will have to make a choice of who to kill, since Lea is untargetable / commuter.

But if you're opposed to ending the day today, I see no problem with that. I figured the conversation was stagnating, but I'll gladly cooperate with whatever you have in mind.

I think myself, Kirby, and Lea have all made it clear what they think the state of the game is and how it will play out for them from now till end game. It's a lot murkier with Sheep, Ulti, and BCT. And since that IS the pool of where I think all remaining scum lie, I would like them to lay out all of their thoughts.

Alright fine. It sounds like me, Kirby and Lea are all on the same page. Lynch Death, BCT and Sheep and win.

The interactions between Sheep and Death were always there, and they were always kind of needling each other. The problem is it is kind of believable to me that Sheep might not have went hard after Death just because we had so little downtime between lynching obvious scum and Death getting scanned

I dont have any negative thoughts on the people on that list currently. Well I did feel like Sheep was trying to misrepresent me once, but that could just be a clash of playstyles at work as he explained later.

Yesterday I couldn't see any realistic scumteam without Tidus on it, and I'm in a similar position to you where I think I have to have cleared a scum player early in the game to have been left alive. I was trying to do what I could to force scum to kill me N1, and that's making me paranoid about who I heavily townread, because that's imo the main reason to kill Chang or MZero over myself, leaving me considering you, Lea and Ulti.

I think it's clear too. I wish I had something more incriminating about the final scum, but I believe the final scum played decently. It is either BCT who played the new player card to a tee and gave up very little information, or Sheep who bussed every one of his teammates and was consistent because of this fact, and just had the misfortune of everyone getting more town cleared than him.

So I didn't find much information making it clear who the last scum is, but I think I did find plenty of information town clearing Kirby because of DYL, Plum, and Death's interactions with Kirby. I am sure Kirby is town now and that might be all the info we need to win.

Probably just BCT anyway since I feel like scum Sheep has to go a little harder here. It would be all on him afterall

Just as blind as you were regarding Red being a back-up doctor, evidently.

A few quick thoughts:

1. Was SBell roleblocked? If so, why has he said nothing about it?
2. Before Death implied he's scum, he claimed Kenan & Kel. Does this affect Ulti's stolen artifact? Like... I don't know how Godfather works with a flavor cop. Would Ulti get to pick a fake flavor since Godfather is supposed to scan as Vanilla Town? Could this have been an elaborate scum ploy? Only way Ulti is scum is if he's godfather. Haven't ruled that out yet.
3. Have we 100% confirmed Lea's claim? I'll take your word for it that she's acting differently than last game. I don't remember anything jumping out at me from the first day from then (I only read the first and last day and followed loosely for the rest). The claim out of the gate attracted way too much attention, so if she's scum... well played.
4. You guys okay for me to hammer?

I've had a very busy few days. I don't want to make too many excuses and will probably talk about it all in the postgame, but I am not deliberately avoiding anything. Just very busy and tired with weird hours of being awake and potentially active.

Mislynching Tidus as well as SBell going from seeming pretty clearly scum to confirmed town has made me stop and go "holy shit I am very wrong about the rest of the game" and I don't think I recovered from that D4 yet given I've not had time to seriously recalibrate my reads. I have considered replacing out but I also don't think it's fair to dump someone in the thick of this endgame and force someone to fight against a mislynch in such a difficult scenario with no clear answer, and I wanna see it through. Plus I'd kinda kick myself if I replaced out and we just lynch Scum and win tomorrow. Right now, if I had full control over each lynch, I think I'd probably go something like Death > BCT > Kirby? Most people (read: Ben) are saying that Ulti is the other one in the lynch pool, and I need to read back over this night to find the scum posts that make Kirby look good, because I don't think there's any universe in which I vote a scanned Ulti over Kirby here given I've felt better about Ulti throughout this game even before scans. I'm hoping I'm just incredibly wrong and we have four scum, but I find that unlikely. Whoever the last scum is/are, even if they're in my scumpool there, major props to them, cause they have bamboozled me throughout this game.

With that post I am also now sure Sheep is town. I just needed to hear from him more, as that is where all my doubts are coming in. But if he is legit busy then that makes a lot more sense than him deliberately avoiding.

Alright so the good news is its probably just 4 scum and it is BCT.

If Death doesn't flip roleblocker then the only way Ulti can be scum is if he is both Ninja and flavor Godfather

This is news to me. At least, I don't think I recall you saying that Ulti didn't move, but that's reassuring. Ulti's vanilla claim wasn't contradicted, at least.

Also, true, Lea could be scum. Her claim hasn't been tested. But frankly, this version of Lea has done more than some of y'all combined :P

If she's scum, she's putting on an immaculate performance, in stark contrast to the last game.

Okay, I hate that I'm starting to think this, but specialing BCT might not be so bad of an idea. If we're dead set on lynching him tomorrow anyway, even if we end up losing off of this, we'd only be delaying the inevitable. But if BCT is the roleblocker, suddenly scum has to choose between killing Ben or killing Sbell. Otherwise, Ben is definitely not making it out alive tonight, being the most Townie person of the people alive right now, and Sbell won't have anything to report if the roleblocker is still alive.

Any disagreements? Gonna unvote so that BCT can't end this discussion by hammering.

If there's 3 scum left (including Death), yes. If you mislynch me, scum just needs to get a night kill off to equate town's numbers. Game over. If there's only 4 total scum, then no. We don't know.

To clarify, we're at 8 players right now, which means we're already at MyLo if there's three scum remaining. So being wrong about BCT will cost us the victory anyway, if everyone is set on lynching him tomorrow.

We know Death can't be the roleblocker, so why not go for BCT instead to increase our chances of hitting the roleblocker? Killing the roleblocker today ensures that either Sbell gets a scan or Ben is kept alive. Unless there's a back-up, scum can't kill Ben and deny Sbell a scan without a roleblocker.
