Haven't checked mine in a while, but I think my highest was around 130/80 and my lowest was 90/60.

No idea. I wish I knew what it was in my 20s when I went to the doctors for an appointment after being awake for 4-5 days straight on adderall lol. I have no idea how I got through that appointment without intervention. I was hallucinating on the way back (I wasn't driving) and my emotions were all out of wack. Im like 99% sure Id die if I attempted that these days

I have no idea but it tends to run high. It's been high every time I've gone to the doctor over the last few years.

I asked once if I should be concerned over that and they said no. Last visit they made a remark about it and asked if it's always a little high. I said yes, and asked again if it's a problem and they said no.

So, idk.

Go to a place such as Walgreens/CVS. They should have a blood pressure machine you can use for free. You can always buy a sphygmomanometer for home use, too. And yes, you can always go to your doctor.

High blood pressure can lead to medical emergencies such as a stroke. Before my dad had his stroke, he would complain about migraines somewhat often, but never did anything about it. Otherwise, I am not sure if blood pressure abnormalities are something you notice.

If you have high blood pressure you usually have headaches and sometimes blurred vision. I didn't really check until I looked in the mirror and saw that a vessel in my eye had burst.
