Personally I think I have talked myself into preferring a Ctes lynch
I know what Ctes will want and I also know it cant be fun for him that so much comes down to PoE (whether he is scum or town)

You also claim you got hit by a dayblock that in no shape or form fits into the rest of this puzzle.

You also want us to lynch Sheep over Ctes, which is an attempt to control the lynch.

But I want to vote Ctes

I'm happy with today as long as BCT is keeping an open mind. I'm obviously confident in Ctes' alignment, and I can't ask for too much more from anyone today considering the gamestate and what's happened so far.

Either way I would like Ulti and BCT to decide as well. I want to see the flip at least.

I'm just waiting on Ulti to explain how he thinks everything he's saying fits together.

I don't think the thing balancing it out is an EK. And everyone seems to think Ctes is scum. But you're right that something does feel like this is too easy... and I still get weird vibes from Sheep.

I think there could be something to balance the numbers out, but I also think it's difficult to speculate about it with literally no knowledge of what that could be. We already had that difficulty with the wild guessing on a third party, and we kinda just got to roll with the knowledge we have.

He definitely would be able to at this stage, I don't think anything should be taken super seriously that he says at this stage, if you think he's Scum. He's caught.

Also, I know this isn't something you will particularly believe but I do feel the compulsive need to defend myself - it's a lot easier to deliberately act normal as scum than it is to bother acting palatably as Town. That's to my detriment here when what I'm fairly sure is the right path has gone in a very unfortunate order, but 9/10 times it feels like the best play.

Then again, there's probably a reason I never get to LYLO as Town even with my replacement-induced record of constantly rolling Vanilla.

I get this entirely. This is why I go all OMGUS much of the time.

All that said I somehow manage to make endgame more often than I'd like despite my own track record of rolling Vanillager roles like crazy.

But anyway, I don't see Ctes trying to defend himself. I really think scum's letting him take the fall and whoever's still standing tomorrow will have to figure out why.

No clue if Blade adhered to that, but we have no proof to assume he didnt.

Well Ctes' surrender is good at affecting sympathies, but I am affraid I have made up my mind.

Though I dont want to rush you BCT if you still want to look into things and stuff.
I am just hoping to know how this day ends while I am awake.

Ahh, okay. I thought it was a scumslip since I don't recall seeing that at all. Looking it up, yup, Blade said no safelists.

Blade usually does random shit he likes for flavor, yes? I really don't want to meta this tbh but having no safelist makes me most suspicious of Sheep. Claim vanilla, think of a vanilla Pokemon, boom. Not sure why it's Vanillish instead of Vanillite or Vanilluxe though. Most people don't care for mid-forms.

Still Ctes surrendering sounds like he's resigned to this fate. If I were town in that situation, I'd make a quick post clarifying that I'm town but Ctes isn't me. Wall was very sure Ctes was scum.
