If you count facebook. This chick kept telling everyone who eats meat she hopes they choke to death.

Just a year before she became vegetarian she was posting pics of her lamb dinner and shit.

Had a friend who would genuinely cry when she saw packaged raw meat at the grocery store.

That wouldn't count. Everyone has heard somone do it. We want instances that are directed towards you somehow.

They have, but the stereotype of all vegetarians/vegans being judgemental and militant is massively overblown. Most of the ones Ive known have been sound, and Ive known quite a few.

Yeah she has some mental issues. On medication as far as I know. We're no longer friends.

My bfs niece and nephew are vegans and the nephew flat out told me that it was gross that I ate meat and he hated when I would make my meals when we lived with them because he could smell the meat cooking. Me and the bf kept all our meat in our own fridge too.

Nope I live in the country where everyone eats meat. I don't think I've ever talked to a vegetarian face to face

I'm vegetarian, and I've encountered a few other vegetarians/vegans who do this. I can certianly get why meat-eaters see them as annoying.

I get more of the fast food snobs, but yeah Ive dueled a few vegans

I was part of a project 21 years ago that ran about 6 months. The two coordinators and about 8-9 others in the group were vegetarian/vegan.

The only moment I can recall happening was one day at lunch when one of the women looked over at one of the guys and said "Ew, you drink milk?", and shortly after in another conversation asked herself if she should stop eating eggs again.

No, it's usually small-minded meat eaters who are more annoying.

Yes and I find it as annoying as listening to people thumping their chests over their chosen religion or political party. I have no problem listening to them talk about being a vegatarian, but kindly do not preach about it.
