I would tell your manager why you are leaving and if they could be compensated to stay, if it's a money thing. --- Less is more. TimeForAction 02/01/24 5:40:44 PM #11:	Ive had current employees ask me to write a letter of recommendation for them. I never did, and theyre still with the company. Just being put on a resume as a reference is nothing though. I can only offer them so much and if they have a good opportunity, I'm definitely willing to help them. If theyve been a great employee, then it's the least I could do.
