I used to live off eggs as they were the most affordable atm where I live and quick and easy

after about a year I got tired of it and we started getting in different foods

but you got to stay active cause its not all that good for you and I honestly wouldnt advise it. My stomach doesnt like eggs anymore either, I just know

More recent research found that dietary cholesterol had little influence on blood levels of total and "bad" LDL cholesterol. Instead, it is dietary saturated fats that raise these blood levels. The reason? Most of the cholesterol in your body does not come from your diet, but is made by your liver. And saturated fat in the diet can cause your liver to make lots of cholesterol.

Depends on the kind of eggs.

It wouldn't be pleasant but I bet you could eat thousands of spider eggs a week without issue.

The challenge he had to do was one hour, hardboiled. And yes, in the movie his character is pretty much unable to move after, lol.

You're probably going to feel sick from eating the same thing repeatedly long before the eggs negatively impact your health in any noticeable way.

Ew. That's like the worst way to eat an egg.

My gallbladder is weak. Once i get to three, especially if i have bacon as well, my stomach will hurt at least half the day.
I stick to two eggs and now appreciate most restaurants do two eggs. I used to be able to eat as many as i wanted, plus like a pound of bacon. That stopped by my mid 20s

That's definitely a lot. Not good for your cholesterol obviously. Back when I was wrestling I'd have 3 per meal but my muscle mass has all but disappeared years ago. Look into egg whites instead.
