My only concern with 1 would be that getting shot that many times would eventually cause permanent damage/build up enough damage to cause my intestines to spill out or something but if that is mitigated by magic then its probably the best since it doesn't take years. 2 is also probably fine.

The obvious answer is sticking your head deep inside of a used Porta potty. While it may be completely terrible and much acutely worse than pretty much all the other options, it is over far quicker than things that would literally be fucking with you for years. I do that once, take a deep shower/clean of myself, and then enjoy my wealth for decades to come.

Yeah, the paintball one's pretty variable, based on parameters not specified. That one could end up amounting to annoying superficial pain, or it could amount to such catastrophic internal bleeding that you'd be lucky to make it onto an OR table, or it could be somewhere in between.
