On Thursday. Should I disclose minor damage and wear and tear and/or the damage from their shoddy construction in their kitchen remodeling? The kitchen cabinets and drawers are falling apart from normal wear and tear.

There's also a hole in the wall from my boyfriend's butt when he was trying to do stretching exercises. Should I tell them about that?

I'd be more worried about the air conditioning, water leak, crappy dishwasher and the fact the home has barely any insulation.

lmao i mean it's so minor and something our security deposit should normally cover? idk it's not a huge deal imo it's only about 7 inches by 3 inches.

i don't know how. my dad told me you can buy kits with the mesh wire to fill it in but they have a texture on the wall i wouldn't know how to replicate.

Ernie also scratched up the front door but that's one piece of molding and isn't a big deal. we also paid a $400 deposit purely for Ernie so i don't feel bad about that. He also damaged some blinds but they're the long plastic ones that hang and those are very inexpensive.

Youtube my dude. I've done a number of patches for walls with weird texture and youtube usually has the answer. The professionals usually have an easy way to do it, but youtube will give you some idea of what you can do.

The only problem is matching paint. If you don't have any way to do that, you're probably fucked anyway.

Hell, you should make the landlord aware of any and all of those.
Probably before an inspection...
But most of them are obvious enough they should be discovered durign the inspection.

i mean they're selling the house within a lot of 7 houses to the same guy because i'm pretty sure he's gonna renovate and flip the house eventually. maybe while we're living there even.

at the very least they're gonna have to re-do the kitchen remodel.
